Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the details you give in the early-access form on nectocontext.com.
Version 0.1. Last updated 23 October 2026.
Who is responsible
312 IT Consulting runs this site and decides how your details are used. In this notice, "we" means 312 IT Consulting.
Website: 312itconsulting.com.
Address: Chicago, Illinois, United States.
Email: privacy@nectocontext.com.
What we collect
When you send the early-access form, we store these details:
- Your work email address.
- Your role, team size and the tools you use, if you choose them.
- The version of the consent text you agreed to, and when you agreed to it.
- The date of your request, and the date your details are due to be deleted.
The form has no free-text field, and we do not ask for your name.
What we do not collect
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and it loads nothing from other websites. We do not store your IP address, details of your browser or the page you came from. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, receives your IP address to deliver pages to you and to protect the site from abuse. How long Cloudflare keeps it is set by Cloudflare's own policy. Our own records of the form hold only daily counts of events, never your details.
Why we use your details
We use your details for two purposes. First, to contact you about early access to Necto Context. Second, to choose which teams to invite first and to see, in aggregate, who is interested; for this we use your role, team size and tools. A person makes these choices; nothing is decided automatically. We do not sell your details, share them for marketing or use them for advertising.
Our legal basis
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. This is consent under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing privacy@nectocontext.com. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before you withdrew.
How long we keep your details
When there is a place, we email you and explain why we are writing. If you do not reply within 30 days of that email, we delete your details. If you reply, we keep them until 12 months after our last contact. If we never email you, we delete them 12 months after your request.
Expired details are deleted automatically every day.
Cloudflare keeps backups of the early-access list for 7 days. A deleted entry stays in these backups for up to 7 days, and is then gone.
Copies outside the list:
- When we prepare a batch of emails, we may export the list to a file. We delete that file, including from the trash, on the day we use it.
- We delete our emails with you 12 months after the last message, or sooner if you ask us to delete your details.
- If you ask us to delete your details, we keep only your request and our reply, for 12 months, as a record that we did it.
Who processes your details for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site, protects it from abuse, stores the early-access list and forwards email sent to privacy@nectocontext.com and hello@nectocontext.com to our own mailbox.
- Purelymail, our email provider, hosts our mailbox. It receives and stores the emails you send us, and sends and stores the emails we send you.
No one else receives your details.
Where your details are stored
Cloudflare stores the early-access list. We have not chosen a fixed location for it, so it may be kept outside the United States.
Cloudflare runs its network in many countries, so pages and form data can pass through servers outside the UK and the EU. Cloudflare's data processing agreement covers these transfers. It uses the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission, the UK addendum to them and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you the details we hold about you.
- Correct them.
- Delete them.
- Stop using them.
- Send you a copy in a common file format.
You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Email privacy@nectocontext.com from the address you used on the form. We reply within 30 days.
When we delete your details, we delete your entry in the early-access list, any export that still holds it and our emails with you. The only exceptions are the 7-day backups and the record of your request described above.
Complaints
If you think we have handled your details wrongly, please email us first at privacy@nectocontext.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office. In the EU, it is the authority in your country.
Automated decisions
We make no automated decisions about you. A person reads every request.
Children
This site is for people at work. It is not meant for children.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we update the version and the date at the top of this page. We will not use your details for a new purpose without asking you first.
